In a large skillet over medium heat place ground beef. Break it up as you cook it.
Add onion, bell pepper and minced garlic. Cook until ground beef browns
Add black beans and corn and stir to combine.
Add flour and mix well to form a roux.
Add beef broth and stir to complete combine and bring back to a boil.
Lower heat to low.
Add half of the crushed corn tortilla chips and mix well. Remove from heta.
Top with the rest of the tortilla chips, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes.
Garnish with dabs of sour cream and guacamole (optional).
