- 10-12 large button mushrooms quartered
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- With a damp kitchen towel wipe mushrooms and clean.
- Cut mushrooms into quarters.
- In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients and mix well to completely combine.
- Pour mixture over mushrooms and gently fold to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Right before serving drizzle with olive oil.
