Fried Corn


  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 cups frozen whole kernel corn
  • 2 tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. minced garlic
  • ½ green bell pepper diced small


  • In a large skillet over medium high heat place olive oil and melt butter.
  • Add onions and garlic and saute for about 1 minute.
  • Add corn and bell peppers and continue to saute stirring often.
  • Add seasonings and continue cooking until corn just becomes slightly browned.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
