- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cups frozen whole kernel corn
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- ½ green bell pepper diced small
- In a large skillet over medium high heat place olive oil and melt butter.
- Add onions and garlic and saute for about 1 minute.
- Add corn and bell peppers and continue to saute stirring often.
- Add seasonings and continue cooking until corn just becomes slightly browned.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
