Everybody likes mashed potatoes. They are just plain good, especially with some good gravy. Well, if you like mashed potatoes, here is a little something that I think you will love. They are mashed and they are potatoes, but they are made with sweet potatoes and they are delicious. Easy to make and very tasty. We use to eat these with what we called chicken sauce. Which was just chicken broth that had been thickened a little with some roux or corn starch. Talk about good…well!
I can only leave that to your imagination, but you know I would not lead y’all astray. This is a great side dish and you will really surprise your family and friends when you put this on your dinner table. Sweet potatoes…they ain’t just for Thanksgiving anymore.
