Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup red onion diced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup red pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 cup boiled egg chopped
  • 1/2 cup peas optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to thoroughly combine.
  • Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
  • serves 6-8
