In a large pot over medium heat place ground beef.
Cook until well browned and then remove from pot and drain well.
Place onions, celery, garlic and carrots in pot with beef dripping and sauté for about 3 minutes.
Add flour and mix well to completely combine.
Add beef base and mix well.
Add water and stir to completely combine.
Add cooked ground beef back into pot and stir.
Add tomatoes and corn and seasoning and stir to combine.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Adjust seasoning and serve.
