- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1/2 red onion diced small
- 5 slices bacon diced
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped, green only
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cups BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup mayo
- Boil chicken until done then cool and dice.
- Fry bacon until crisp, then drain well and pat dry.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well to completely combine.
- Adjust seasonings and refrigerate.
